What I Like About My Allworx Phone System
We have a large medical facility client in Brooklyn who has an Allworx 24X, a PRI we provided, 60 phones, a remote location and several remote users. I asked the Director of Clinical Operations what she likes about the Allworx and here's what she said:
- I like the park feature – that you can park a call and pick it up anywhere
- I like that I can transfer a call directly to voicemail so if the intended party is not at their desk the phone doesn’t just ring and ring
- I like that caller ID shows on the phone
- I like the call history feature because it makes it easier to find a number I have to call back
- I like the Missed Call feature. If I call someone in the office and don’t leave a message they will see that I called and often call me back.
- Overall I really like the Allworx telephone system
