How to Submit a Trouble Ticket

Step by step instructions written for our Fusion Managed IT customers will show you how to quickly and easily submit a support ticket for any computer issue you may face throughout the day. Our ticketing system gives us the ability to track your issue, work your problem in a timely and efficient enables us to maintain contact with you regarding your problem and our status.

Step 1: Locate the Fusion Icon in your System Tray

The System Tray is the area of icons in the lower right-hand side of your screen (next to the Clock). These icons typically indicate the status of programs that are running in the background and give you the ability to launch tools or the programs itself. The Fusion icon is a purple circle with a white "F" in the middle.

For Windows XP Users

 

Windows Vista / Windows 7 Users

Right click on the "F" icon  and click Request Support as seen here:
The System Tray, also called the Notification Area in Windows 7, can be customized to display icons to your liking. You may see the Fusion icon as seen here.
